Postage
We offer free 3 working day delivery to the majority of the UK.
Next working day delivery is available as an optional upgrade for £5.99 + £3 per additional item.
Any weekday order received up until 14:00 will be despatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.
Highlands and islands can take an additional day and incur an additional charge of £7.99 per item.
Tracking/Receiving Your Order
We use a variety of couriers including, but not limited to; Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri/Hermes, DHL, FedEx and DX. Some will contact you in advance via text or email, to give time estimations and offer options such as safe place location in the event you are not home. The majority of orders will receive a tracking number upon despatch. Please check this before contacting customer services.
Whilst we do aim to have all deliveries arrive in the planned timescale, unforeseen circumstances can delay deliveries.
