In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do operate a 30 day return policy – simply email sales@flooringplace.co.uk who will provide the return details.
We request that any items are returned in the original packaging and in the same condition. We cannot accept items back that have been cut into or fitted.
Please include your name and order reference inside the return box.
We inspect all items on return and will issue a refund within 3 working days of receiving the item.
Returns are the customers responsibility to arrange, so we ask that you find a professional courier who will provide you with insurance for your return. We cannot accept, refund nor replace any damages sustained during this process.
