Scotia beading sits on the edge of your laminate to give you a neat, professional appearance.
Laminate will expand in warm weather and contract in cold weather, so it is usually laid with an expansion gap to prevent it from damaging itself. The beading fits over this expansion gap giving your laminate a continuous look with no visible gap.
Unlike other retailers, our MDF wrapped scotia is a superior product to the common 9mm and 15mm scotia. It has an approximate 18mm thickness and comes in 2.4m lengths.
It can be cut down to fit or used with each other, to edge longer sides.
